Our house is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, the reception is staffed from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. With the key card the access to the hotel is possible at any time. Upon request, we also provide key cards without night access.

Bed linen and a shower towel are provided. The beds are usually not made up. For hygienic reasons we attach great importance that the beds being made up immediately.  On the day of departure, we ask you to remove the sheets.

Breakfast: The group leader is requested to arrange a fixed breakfast time between 7:30 - 9:00 am.

Packed lunch instead of breakfast: In case you have to leave before 7:30 am, we can provide you a packed lunch instead of breakfast. Please let us know in advance.

Packed lunch in addition to breakfast on order: The packed lunch you prepare by yourself during the breakfast. The food and drinks are provided. Prices on demand.
Dinner: for groups of 25 people or more you can request from Tue. - Fri. with the following form "Request for Dinner". In case we are not able to offer dinner we can request this in a restaurant nearby.

We can provide a room for your luggage at arrival and departure.

A short stop in front of the building is generally possible. As the Landwehrstraße is a busy and narrow one-way street, we recommend arriving via Schwanthaler Straße towards the city center, stopping in front of the Hotel Deutsches Theater. Passing the Deutsches Theater, you will come directly to our house in Landwehrstraße.
At the Hansastraße or the ZOB you will find parking places.

We can provide a room for your group depending on availability.

Our house is not handicapped accessible, especially our elevator and the doors to the rest rooms are too small.

The beds are made and a shower towel you find on the bed. You will help us if you remove the bed linen on the day of departure.

Limited number of lockers are available for the arrival and departure day.

The Main Station is only a few minutes walk away.

From the Airport it takes about 50 minutes by S-Bahn to the main station.

If you have to travel by car we can offer you a discount through a cooperation with the parking garage Tiefgarage München Hbf Süd (except during Oktoberfest and ExpoReal).
We recommend that you arrive at our location to unload your car. We will then gladly explain the way to the parking garage.

Infants sleeping in the crib stay free of charge. We have 2 travel cots for children, which can be provided free of charge. We can not provide bed linen for the crib. We have 3 high chairs in the breakfast area.
For own children or grandchildren up to 12 years we have reduced prices.

Young people between 16 and 18 years traveling alone are welcome to stay with us with a travel authorization from their parents or guardian.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
